Shipment and Delivery Time

• We only sell products that are available in our warehouse. We maintain 100% inventory.

• What you see on the site catalog is stocked with us.

• Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours of being placed and delivered within 5–6 working days (depending on the location).

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Charges

• There are no extra taxes, hidden costs, or additional shipping charges.

• The price mentioned on the website is the final price.

• Our prices are all-inclusive, and all taxes are included.

Delay in Delivery

• If delivery is delayed due to natural calamities, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, no refund/return/replacement will be provided.

• If the delay in shipping is caused by stock unavailability, you will be informed via email and may:

  • Choose an alternate product, OR

  • Opt for store credit (valid for future purchases).

• Refunds will not be provided under any circumstance.

• Dastkar.co.in will not be liable for delays due to incomplete or incorrect address details. In such cases, the customer must bear the re-shipping charges.
