Returns Policy
1) National Market (India)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation can be made within 24 hours or before the parcel is dispatched.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
If the customer receives the product in perfect condition but is unsatisfied with the order item(s) and wants an exchange or refund, then:
- If a product is defective or damaged, only the product will be exchanged, and the amount will not be refunded.
- If the customer does not like the product and wants to buy another product, the customer will have to pay the courier charges on both sides (dispatch and return).

- Refund will he credited in 7-10 business days in the original bank account
As a company policy, we do not provide refunds/returns on any product once sold.
If a customer buys a stitched product, only a size exchange will be possible within the same product. It cannot be exchanged with another product (stitched or unstitched). Once the item is sold, the product can only be exchanged for a replacement in a similar or higher price value product.
In case of an exchange, contact us with your invoice number within 2 days of delivery on WhatsApp 8824987345 (preferable for fast communication) or email dastkar.co@gmail.com.
Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, are eligible for exchange.
The customer has to send it back to our address, as we donāt provide a pickup service for exchanges.
Please ensure that you dispatch the items for exchange via reputed courier agencies only, as DASTKAR shall not be liable for any loss of the parcel or items during transit for the items directly shipped by the customer.
Exchange is allowed only once per order.
The exchanged product will be dispatched only after we receive the old product.
If the customer requests a pickup facility for an exchange, we will check if a pickup courier service is available. If we arrange a pickup, an extra charge of ā¹200 per piece will apply. If a courier service is not available, the customer has to send it back. DASTKAR will not be liable for it.
If your package arrives with signs of being opened or damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery. If the customer accepts the package in that condition, DASTKAR will not be liable to pay any claim or exchange the product.
DAMAGED/WRONG PRODUCTS (Opening video must be required)
- Please make an opening video. We dispatch parcels after a quality check, so we donāt consider a product in the damaged/wrong product category without an opening video.
- The opening video will not be considered if we find that the parcel is already opened or only the partially packaged product is shown in the video.
- The customer must make the video before taping the parcel (we donāt use any kind of tape).

We try to arrange a pickup parcel from your side with our courier partner if a pickup service is available. But in case the service is not available, the customer has to send it back to our address.
Refundable Amount = Order Amount + Shipping Cost Up to 100 RS (In Case the Customer is sending).
You will get a refund in 24-48 hours of receiving the product by GPAY / PAYTM / PHONEPAY or ACCOUNT TRANSFER.
No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
Not Eligible for Damaged Products
We do not consider a product as damaged,
- If the dress doesnāt suit you.
- If you donāt like the fabric quality/texture (e.g., fabric looking rough, fabric looking old, etc.). We use to deal in the same fabric only, but it may look slightly different due to the variety of the printing process.
- For any small issues like tassels being pulled (as that might happen during the transit of the product). You can easily fix it.
- Minor printing variations (like little roughness in print, uneven prints), as it's the beauty of hand block print. It comes with little uneven and look traditionally hand-crafted.
- Color Variations: As 10% color difference depends on the screen resolution and lights.
- For +/-5% variation in size, it will not be considered a damaged product.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items.
All sale, discounted, bought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

At Dastkar, we take pride in delivering high-quality, hand-crafted products to our customers. Please note that all products are dispatched only after a thorough quality check to ensure they meet our standards. While refunds are not available, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them fairly.
Please read the following policy carefully:
No Refunds
Refunds are not possible for any purchases made on Dastkar. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will offer a discount depending on the current situation and severity of the issue.
Please note that we do not consider the following scenarios as valid reasons for a refund or discount:

Fit Issues
- If the dress does not suit you or does not fit your liking.

Fabric Quality or Texture
- If you are dissatisfied with the fabric quality or texture (e.g., fabric looks rough or old). Please note that we deal in the same fabric consistently, but the appearance may slightly differ due to various printing processes.

Minor Issues
- Small issues like tassels being pulled or loosened may occur during product transit. These can be easily fixed by the customer.

- Minor printing variations, such as slight roughness or unevenness in prints, are inherent in hand block printing. These are not considered defects but are part of the beauty of traditionally handcrafted products.
4. Color Variations
A 10% color difference may occur due to screen resolution and lighting conditions. Such variations will not be considered as a product defect.
5. Size Variations
+/- 5% variation in size is possible due to fabric characteristics and will not be considered a damaged product.
Quality Assurance
We want to reassure you that all products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. If you receive a wrong or damaged product despite our checks, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will assess the situation and offer an appropriate discount as compensation.
