Return & Exchange Policy

At Dastkar, we take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted sarees and suits. Our commitment is to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for you. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Return / exchange/damaged request can be raised in 7 days 

  Once we recieve the request we will replace/exchange product in 5-7  business days

• Refund will he credited in 7-10 business days in the original bank account
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Customized, altered, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Slight variations in color, print, or texture are natural in handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
• In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos for verification.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at dastkar.co@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for return/exchange.
2. Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.
3. Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it back to the provided address.
4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the returned item passes the quality check.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
• Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order sarees.
• Products purchased on sale or during special promotions.
• Items damaged due to improper use or care.
