Return & Exchange Policy

At Dastkar, we take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted sarees and suits. Our commitment is to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for you. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with exchanges only.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return/exchange/damaged request can be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once we receive the request, we will arrange for a replacement/exchange within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are not applicable. Instead, you can exchange your product with another item of the same or higher value.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Slight variations in color, print, or texture are natural in handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

  • In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos for verification.


How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Email us at dastkar.co@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for exchange.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.

  3. Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it back to the provided address.

  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your exchange.


Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you will receive store credit equal to the purchase amount.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable and will not be included in store credit.


Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order sarees.

  • Items damaged due to improper use or care.
